We are about to finish our project but now are very disappointed by a problem which faced us.

We have a 18F4585 displaying some data on the LCD.
On the same application: The WG12864C – TMI-W#N CQC OK 05/05/08 – 134181 is working without any problem. Used Crystal: 20MHZ. O.K.
Problem:
The WG12864A – TMI-W#A CQC OK 10/06/08 – 21923 is not working well. We have some pixels randomly distributed over the LCD like the screen is not cleared well. Used Crystal: 20MHZ. The strange thing is: The 12864A is working well, when we use a 4MHZ Crystal. But it is not working well when we use a 8MHZ or 20MHZ crystal.
Question: I need to use the WG 12864A on our application with 20MHZ oscillation. What shall we do?
We will be very glad to hear any suggestion.
