Ipod syncing problem

I tried to update my Touch and it said iPod is full...then it said would u like to make Playlist for just syncing songs, I pressed yes without thinking, then i deleted that playlist because i didn't want it, now whenever i try and update my library it says "Songs on the iPod cannot be synced because all the playlits selected for syncing no longer exist" I've uninstalled and then installed again but it does not work, anyone have any suggestions?

I had the same problam until just now, click on your ipod under devices then click on music and u can see what to do from there

I have no clue? I tried that I clicked on devices and and then went to the top and clicked on music and nothin. Can you please explain a little more?
