Unforgettable experience with iPod

Like me, the most unforgettable was when i bought this ipod as a gift to my spouse. How about you?

I did receive my ipod on my birthday. It was a gift from my parents

The unforgettable was when it was defunct the first day i bought it. It really makes me headache.

I'm sure that they do have a warranty polygum but still I don't blame helpdesk for having got a headache from the experience as it had to be really annoying to say the least.
