how much time it take to charge for the first time

I have just got the 16gb few hors ago and I am curious to know how much time ipod touch take to charge for the first time ?. Any body like to guide me ,thanks in advance .

it comes charged from the factory

first when i buy it,it takes 3-4 hours to charge

It does not come charged...otherwise it could be damaged during shipping. It usually takes mine about an hour to charge, but the first time I would suspect about 2 hours.

I had got ipod last night its new and is 8gb of apples company . i had taken almost 4 hr to charge.

mines had charged just in 30 minutes .it is of apples company and 2gb memory.

Most of my friends' and my iPod took around 2-4 hours to charge the first time. I havent gotten one that came charged yet.

Mine should be 3 or 4 hours, but i did charge for 9 hours because i forgot to shut it down

if I shut mine down before charging it just turns on again when I put it on the charger. Idk how long mine took I was playing it while charging

I charged for 8 hours- From midnight to morning. Fall asleep lol

Mine also took around 4 hours. I actually fell asleep but woke up for some reason and decided to check it and it was charged.
