There was an ipod-touch where the sync process is very erratic. Sometimes it will sync ok and sometimes it will just cause the WinXP to freeze while transferring a file. It happens more with larger files like movies but has happened with music. After restart the PC and attempt numerous times until it does finally complete the sync.
This ipod-touch was purchased 2 weeks ago and has the latest firmware. It is connected with USB2.0. The i-touch has not been hacked or tampered with.
Can anyone suggest a way for it too sync more reliably.
